AWKUM Announces Transport Registration for Spring Semester 2026
Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) has officially commenced the Spring Semester 2026 from February 09, 2026.
Students who wish to avail themselves of the AWKUM Transport Facility are requested to log in to their MIS accounts and register for their respective routes.
- Students who were registered for transport during the Fall Semester 2025 must reapply for the Spring Semester 2026.
- Transport registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Under the special directives of the Vice Chancellor, the University has officially activated the Online E-Services Portal to streamline academic processes and enhance digital accessibility for all enrolled students.

Access Period: The portal will remain fully accessible to all enrolled students until 13 February 2026

Post-Deadline Access
Following the deadline, portal access will be restricted to students who have cleared all outstanding dues. To ensure uninterrupted academic services, students are advised to settle any pending financial obligations well before the cutoff date.

AWKUM Conducts Fifth Day of Faculty Training on Blackboard LMS at Timergarah Campus
Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) successfully conducted the fifth day of faculty training on the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) at its Timergarah Campus, as part of the University’s ongoing digital transformation initiative.
The training program was organized by the University’s ERP Cell following the acquisition of the Blackboard LMS from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) under the ERP framework. The initiative aims to strengthen digital teaching, learning, and assessment practices in line with contemporary academic standards.
Faculty members from various academic departments actively participated in the training sessions, which focused on course creation and management, online teaching tools, assessment mechanisms, grading systems, and strategies to enhance student engagement through the Blackboard platform.
The University administration acknowledged and appreciated the support and cooperation of the competent authority, Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, IT Team, campus administration, Meeting Section, and the Offices of the Registrar and Treasurer for ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of the training program.
Special appreciation was extended to the Coordinator, Timergarah Campus, Dr. Minhaj Ud Din, and the Deputy Director IT, Mr. Arshad Ali, for their valuable coordination and technical support.

In major steps towards digital transformation and under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Jamil Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) has announced the Provisional Eligibility and Merit Lists for faculty positions advertised under Advertisement Nos. 60 (2025), 61 (2025), and 62 (2025), published on September 6, 2025.
All applications received through the University’s online recruitment portal by the prescribed closing date were scrutinized by the Scrutiny & Quantification Committee strictly in accordance with the relevant statutes, rules, and advertised eligibility criteria. This fully digital scrutiny process reflects the University’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and merit-based governance.

Fee Submission Deadline Extended for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026
Fee Submission Deadline Extension
In response to requests from the parents, the administration has approved an extension for tuition fee payments for the upcoming academic year. This extension applies to both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters.
Important Notice
To ensure uninterrupted enrollment and avoid late payment penalties, students must complete their fee payments by the revised deadline. Payment options and detailed instructions are available through the University Student Portal.
6th Convocation of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan Scheduled for February 17, 2026
6th Convocation of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan
Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) will hold its 6th Convocation on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, to confer degrees upon successful graduates of the 2020 and 2021 academic sessions.
In this regard, the lists of candidates from the 2020–21 sessions who have applied to participate in the 6th Convocation have been prepared. All concerned candidates are advised to carefully review the lists and ensure the accuracy of their particulars.
All graduates are hereby directed to complete their registration for participation in the Convocation. Concerned graduates must contact the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, for registration and further guidance.
It is further notified that a full-dress rehearsal for the convocation ceremony will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Attendance and participation in the rehearsal are mandatory for all candidates scheduled to take part in the convocation.
All candidates are therefore strongly advised to strictly adhere to the prescribed schedule and instructions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
