This is to inform all students that the last date for submission of semester fees for Fall 2025 has been extended till Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

All students are required to deposit their dues on or before the extended date. Failure to do so will result in withholding of results, and a fine will be imposed strictly in accordance with University rules.

KPEF Merit-cum-Inaffordability Scholarship

Guideline for Students to Apply for the KPEF Merit-cum-Inaffordability Scholarship Scheme 2025-26

A concise step-by-step guide for students to submit applications correctly.

Quick Steps

Visit the official portal: Go to www.ef.kp.gov.pk and locate the scholarship section.
Register an account: Create your profile using a valid email, CNIC (or B-Form), and accurate personal information.
Check approved institutions: Confirm your university/institute appears on KPEF’s list of partner institutions before applying.
Confirm eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled in the first year of a BS or MS program, be from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Newly Merged Districts, and have a strong academic record (minimum 70% or CGPA 3.00).
Complete the online form carefully: Fill every required field accurately and submit before the deadline.
Upload supporting documents: Attach scanned copies of CNIC / B-Form, Domicile, latest transcript, father/guardian income certificate, and student ID/admission proof.
Apply only via the portal: Offline submissions or late applications will not be considered.
Accuracy is mandatory: Any false, incomplete, or misleading information will result in disqualification and recovery of funds if awarded.
Selection process: Shortlisted students will be interviewed at the university level; selection is merit-based.
Final approval & disbursement: The final list is approved by KPEF and funds are transferred directly to the institution for fee adjustment.

      Important: Only one scholarship can be availed at a time. Students already receiving other scholarships are ineligible. Renewal is subject to maintaining a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and satisfactory attendance/discipline.
    

Interview & Verification

University interview committees conduct verification and reserve the right to accept or reject applications if requested documents or proofs are unsatisfactory.

Policy & Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, rustication, or migration, the scholarship will be cancelled. KPEF may amend or withdraw the scheme or its criteria at any time without prior notice.
