ABDUL WALI KHAN UNIVERSITY MARDAN

Sealed bids are invited from well-established/reputed firms/suppliers registered with Tax departments of Pakistan for the purchase of Lab Equipments, Chemicals, Electrical Electronics and Stationary items also Lab/Office Renovation for the project of “Laboratory and Field Evaluation of Insecticidal Potency of RNAi-based Ecdysone Receptor Gene Knockdown in Diamondback moth Plutella xylostella and its development into Bio-pesticide”  funded by Pakistan Agriculture Research Council/ Agriculture Linkages Program  Islamabad (Project No.CS-26).

The tenders must reach the Procurement office on or before December, 06, 2018 at 10:00 AM. And will be opened on the same day at 12:00 AM in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives. Detail specifications of purchase items along with tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement office Garden Campus @ Rs.2000/- in shape of bank draft, (Non Refundable) in duty hours (8.00 AM to 04 PM).

Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% in shape of draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

Walk in Interview for the Post of Visiting Lecturer Department of Physical Education & Sports

 Department of Physical Education & Sports, Garden Campus, requires services of 2 Lecturers on visiting basis for a period of current semester (Fall 2018). Interested/Eligible Candidates may apply and appear through walk in interview as per the following Schedule. Walk in Interview will be held in the office of the Chairman, Department of Physical Education & Sports (Garden Campus) as per following schedule:

1.	Physical Education & Sports (Garden Campus)	15/11/2018 10:00 am to 1: 00 pm.	First Division Masters degree / BS (16 years of education) in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/ Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1.                  Interested candidates are required to appear for interview in the office of Chairman, Department of Physical Education & Sports on the specific date with their CVs and full documents, copy of CNIC, a recent passport size photograph, attested copies of educational testimonials and experience certificates (if any) should reach to the Chairman Office, Department of Physical Education & Sports, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (Main Campus) on Thursday, 15/11/2018.

2.                  CGPA less than 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered as second division.

3.                  All applicants must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned above. 

4.                  In case of foreign degree, the applicant must produce HEC Equivalence Certificate.

5.                  In-service candidates shall apply through proper channel. They must submit (No Objection Certificate) from their employer/Institution.

One Day Session on “First Aid Training” at UCW

University College for Women arranged a one day session on “First Aid Training” the session was organize by Ms. Naseem Rafiq, Principal University College for Women and Ms. Rubina Zakir, Lecturer in Home Economics. Rescue training was given by officials of 1122. All the students participated enthusiastically.
