Eligibility & Submission Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR, and must be active on the Income Tax and Sales Tax Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
Firms must be registered with KPRA for provision of security services.
Firms must be registered with the All Pakistan Security Agencies Association (APSAA).
Technical Bid and Financial Bid must be submitted through EPADS.
Earnest Money/Bid Security of 2% of the quoted annual bid cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan.
The original Demand Draft/Pay Order for the tender fee and 2% CDR must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office by the specified deadline.
Scanned copies of the tender fee and 2% CDR must also be uploaded with the Technical and Financial Bids respectively on EPADS.
Tender documents must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder.
