Eligibility & Submission Requirements
- Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR, and must be active on the Income Tax and Sales Tax Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- Firms must be registered with KPRA for provision of security services.
- Firms must be registered with the All Pakistan Security Agencies Association (APSAA).
- Technical Bid and Financial Bid must be submitted through EPADS.
- Earnest Money/Bid Security of 2% of the quoted annual bid cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan.
- The original Demand Draft/Pay Order for the tender fee and 2% CDR must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office by the specified deadline.
- Scanned copies of the tender fee and 2% CDR must also be uploaded with the Technical and Financial Bids respectively on EPADS.
- Tender documents must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder.
