IBL Signs MoU with ICMA Pakistan to Enhance Opportunities for Students

The Institute of Business Studies & Leadership (IBL) at AWKUM signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA) International on February 6, 2025. ICMA Pakistan is a leading institution driving the profession of Management Accounting in the country.

The MoU was signed by the Honourable Vice Chancellor of AWKUM, Prof. Dr. Zahir Shah, and the President of ICMA Pakistan. The signing process was facilitated by Dr. Ihtisham Khan, Director of IBL, with Dr. Tariq Mehmood also in attendance.

This partnership aims to provide AWKUM students with valuable opportunities in the field of accounting and finance. Key benefits include access to professional accountancy qualifications at discounted rates, as well as full fee waiver scholarships for talented and deserving students.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Zahir Shah highlighted that this collaboration will enhance academic excellence and open new doors for students in the field of accounting and finance.
