Dear Students,

This is a final reminder to avail the extended deadline for fee submission, which is valid until June 19, 2026, as approved by the Honorable Vice Chancellor.

All students are strongly advised to take advantage of this final opportunity and ensure that their outstanding dues are cleared within the given timeframe. Please note that failure to submit the fee by the revised deadline may result in the withholding of results and the imposition of a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per day.

 In continuation of the previous email dated June 3, 2026, and in line with the relevant provisions of the Statutes, the scrutinized lists pertaining to the remaining cadres of support staff are hereby communicated for information and further dissemination among all employees working under your administrative control.

It is, therefore, requested that all concerned employees may kindly be informed regarding their eligibility status accordingly.

Furthermore, in case any category is missing, the same shall be uploaded in due course of time after completion of the necessary process.

Important Note:

Those applicants who have been declared ineligible by the Scrutiny Committee may file an appeal within two weeks of the issuance of this email, as per the provisions of the Statutes. Such appeals shall be placed before the Appellate Committee in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Statutes.

It is further clarified that applicants declared ineligible by the Scrutiny Committee have not yet been marked for PER. Therefore, the zero marks appearing against their PER score may be read as “Not Applicable.”

Please note that the eligibility status is provisional and may be revoked at any time in case any document, information, or record is found to be tampered with or unverifiable.

Errors and omissions, if any, are subject to rectification.

Important Notes

• In case of any grievance, an appeal may be submitted within two weeks to the office of the undersigned (latest by June 17, 2026 till 4:00 PM) as per provision in the Statutes.
• All documents shall be subject to verification at any stage of the process. In case of any discrepancy, misrepresentation, or inconsistency, the candidature shall be liable to disqualification and cancellation accordingly.
• In case any document is found unverified at any stage, the marks awarded on the basis of such document shall be revoked, in addition to any other punitive action as per rules.
• The eligibility of an applicant shall be liable to revocation at any stage if any document is found to be fake, bogus, or forged.
