Outcome of appeals against Scrutiny & Qualification Committee decisions
Kindly refer to the appeals filed by applicants against the decisions of the Scrutiny & Qualification Committee in connection with Advertisement Nos. 64 and 65 (2025), dated June 16, 2026.
In this regard, all the appeals were considered by the Appellate Committee in accordance with Section 3(1)(h) of the Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan Teachers Appointment & Scales of Pay Statutes, 2016 (Amended 2025).

Applicants may view the decisions of the Appellate Committee, and log in to the University Recruitment Portal using their existing login credentials to check their individual merit and detailed appeal status, through the official links below:
Important
- Applicants for the posts of Professor and Associate Professor who were previously declared ineligible by the Scrutiny & Qualification Committee and have now been declared eligible by the Appellate Committee are required to deposit an evaluation fee of Rs. 6,000/- for further processing of their applications.
- The decisions of the Appellate Committee shall be treated as final in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Statutes.
- The provisional merit lists will be uploaded in due course of time after completion of the required verification process.
- Where an appeal has been accepted subject to verification, the marks awarded shall remain provisional and may be revoked if the claim is subsequently found to be unsubstantiated upon verification.
