Mr. Hassan Khan, Registrar and Mr. Muhammad Nasir, Deputy Registrar AWKUM, Participate in HESSA Training on Technology and Capacity Building at NUTECH.

 

A three days training was held for the Registrars and Deputy Registrar of the sixteen Higher Education System Strengthening Activity (HESSA) partner universities from June 10-12, 2024 in National University of Technology, Islamabad.

The training was attended by Hassan Khan, Registrar, and Muhammad Nasir, Deputy Registrar, on behalf of AWKUM. The training included various sessions on technology transformation, capacity building, and external environment where renowned educationist and Vice Chancellors chaired the session and acted as panellists.  Dr. Tariq Banuri, Former Chairman Higher Education Commission and Professor of Economics in University of Utah, was the Convener of the training program

At the end of the training, it was decided that the forum shall work together and officially launch a networking platform for all Registrars of universities in Pakistan and a training manual will be published through this platform.
