Step-by-Step: How to Complete Your Profile & Apply for Posts
Follow these steps carefullyBefore you begin: Make sure you have scanned copies (PDF/JPG) of your transcripts, CNIC, experience certificates and your CV/dossier ready.
1. Complete Your Resume / Profile
Fill every relevant section in your profile. Once all sections are completed, click Move to Dashboard.
2. Move to Dashboard
After completing all sections, click Move to Dashboard. This activates your profile and enables the "Apply for Post" functionality.
3. Apply to a Post
- Open Step 2 – Apply For Post.
- Select the Advertisement Number and then the Post Title you want to apply for.
- Choose the correct Merit Type.
- Upload your complete Dossier (CV) and click Apply.
4. Generate Challan and Pay Fee
In the Applied Posts table click Generate Challan, print it and pay the required fee at the bank.
5. Submit Payment Details & Finalize Application
- Open your profile → Step 2 → Applied Posts.
- Click the relevant Post Title (e.g., Lecturer, Professor).
- In the form, scroll to Payment Details (Sr. #11) and enter: Challan Number, Amount Paid, Payment Date.
- Upload the paid challan/receipt.
- Check the declaration checkbox at Sr. #12 and click
- Submit Application.

Final Merit-List and Provisionally Admitted Students
We are pleased to announce that the final merit list for admission to AWKUM for Fall 2025 Semester has been finalized and is now available on the admission portal.
Selected students are required to pay their dues online by clicking the button below. The last date to pay dues is 11.09.2025. Please note that all admissions are provisional, and verification of documents and marksheets will be completed after payment.
This is the final merit list. After 11.09.2025, admissions will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of seats.

Your admission will be cancelled if any of your submitted documents are found to be fake or incorrect.
If you find any mistake or error in your record, please contact the Directorate of Admissions and Financial Aid (FAD) immediately.
Dr. Fazal Said (AWKUM) Attends International Training in Shanghai and Signs MoU with Chenshan Botanical Garden
Dr.
Fazal Said, Associate Professor, Department of Agriculture, Abdul Wali Khan
University Mardan (AWKUM), is participating in the International
Training Program on Botanical Garden Management and Development, being held
in Shanghai from September 1–20, 2025.
This
prestigious program brings together experts and academicians from across the
globe to exchange knowledge and best practices in the field of botanical
gardens, sustainable development, and conservation.
During
the visit, an important milestone was achieved as an MoU was signed between
Chenshan Botanical Garden, Shanghai, and the Department of Agriculture, AWKUM.
This agreement aims to strengthen academic and research collaboration, promote
joint initiatives, and enhance mutual learning opportunities in the areas of
agriculture and botanical sciences.
This
participation and collaboration mark another step forward in AWKUM’s commitment
to international engagement, research excellence, and capacity building.
