AWKUM Food Science & Technology Students Develop Innovative Health Beneficiary Product

Under the remarkable leadership of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ul Haq, AWKUM is committed to ensure healthy and happy life of the community through production of safe and healthier food products. In this regard, students of the Food Science & Technology (FST) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Amjad Iqbal and Dr. Sadiq Shah developed a new innovative health beneficiary product. The product is rich in natural antioxidants, immune boosting, chemo-preventive and anti-inflammatory compounds that will be equally good for normal and diabetic persons. An application to patent the product will be filed before launching it in the market.
