Tender Notice Regarding "Purchase/Supply of Security Uniform (Winter) for the Security Guards"

Sealed bids are invited from the well-established/reputed firms/companies registered with tax Departments of Pakistan for the purchase/Supply of Security Uniform (Winter) for the Security Guards, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
01.	The tender documents must reach the Procurement office on or before January, 14, 2019 at 10:00 hrs and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives. Details specifications along with tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office, Garden Campus @ Rs.2000/-(in shape of Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer “Non Refundable”) in duty hours (8:00 AM to 04:00 PM).
02.	Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% of the quoted prices in shape of Bank draft in favor of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
Note: The undersigned reserve the right to accept/reject any one or all the tender on the basis of  valid reason.
