Tender Notice "“Biometric Attendance System, Long Range RFID Readers, RFID Card Printers, RFID Cards & Tags etc”"

Sealed bids are invited from well-established/reputed firms/suppliers registered with Tax departments for the “Biometric Attendance System, Long Range RFID Readers, RFID Card Printers, RFID Cards & Tags etc” at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. All relevant taxes (sale Taxes, Income Tax etc) pertaining to the said installation will be deducted as per rules.
01.	The tender must reach the Procurement office on or before January 22, 2019 at 10:00 hrs and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives. Detail and specifications along with tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement office @ Rs.3000/-(in favour of Treasurer “Non Refundable”) in duty hours (08:00 to 16:00 hrs).
02.	Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% in shape of Bank draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
Note:-The undersigned reserve the right to accept/reject any one or all the tender on the basis of  valid reason.
