Provisional Scrutiny Lists and Quantification
With reference to Advertisement No. 69 (2026) for the position of Lecturer in Food Science Technology, published in the national dailies and on the University's official website on July 11, 2026, and the subsequent screening test conducted by ETEA on August 8, 2026, it is hereby informed that all applicants who qualified the screening test and submitted their applications through the online portal by the closing date have been scrutinized by the Scrutiny and Quantification Committee.
The scrutiny has been conducted strictly in accordance with the relevant Statutes, rules, and the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement.
The scrutinized lists, along with provisional quantification, have been uploaded and are available through the link below.
Applicants are advised to check their respective status. In case of any appeal, applicants must log in to the online portal using the same credentials they used when submitting their original applications.
Terms and Conditions for Appeals
- All these lists are provisional and shall not be considered as merit lists. The names appear in the order in which candidates submitted their applications for the concerned position.
- The provisional merit list may be revised, cancelled, or revoked, in whole or in part, if any information is found to be incorrect, misleading, or not in conformity with the advertised criteria, relevant Statutes, or applicable rules.
- Candidates may review the marks awarded to them by the Scrutiny and Quantification Committee in each category: Academics, Distinction, Experience, Publications, and Research Projects, by logging into the job portal using their original application credentials. In case of login issues, the instructions on the portal may be followed to recover access.
- If a candidate is not satisfied with the marks awarded by the Scrutiny and Quantification Committee, an appeal may be filed. Objections to scrutiny marks shall only be entertained if supported by documentary evidence.
- Appeals shall be justified only on the basis of documents already submitted at the time of application. Candidates are strictly advised not to submit any new documents during the appeal process.
- Appeals shall be submitted online through the designated portal by the prescribed deadline. Any appeal received after the deadline or submitted through any other means shall not be entertained.
