successful one-day workshop aimed to train Program Team (PT) members on preparation
of Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) for the academic year 2024-25 according to the
guidelines set forth in the Higher Education Commission's (HEC) previous SAR manual,
and some selected programs based on PREE standards.
In the inauguration of the
workshop, the Director of QEC-AWKUM emphasized the pivotal role that the
Self-Assessment Report (SAR) plays in ensuring quality assurance across
academic programs. He underscored that the SAR is a fundamental tool for
evaluating the effectiveness of programs. Recognizing the collective effort
required for its successful preparation, the Director urged the Program Team
(PT) members to cooperate with the QEC-AWKUM in the timely preparation of the
SARs. He stressed the importance of completing the reports as soon as possible
to ensure that the university’s programs meet the necessary quality standards
and continue to enhance their academic excellence.
The workshop was conducted by
